ALTEN recruits 3,000 employees in Aeronautics, Space and Defense

ALTEN, a global leader in Engineering and IT Services, is expanding its workforce to match the increased activity and new skill requirements in the aerospace, space, and defence industries. Manufacturers in these three industries face rising technological complexity, stringent environmental and safety regulations, and increasingly short development cycles. To face these difficulties, the business has announced a global recruiting effort of 3,000 personnel in 2023, with 1,500 in France. In 25 countries, 8,500 ALTEN Group engineers help significant companies in aeronautics, space, and defence.
